We pride ourselves on skewers grilled over charcoal, made using morning-fresh chicken and carefully cooked one by one. The skin is crisp while the inside is juicy, and the selection ranges from classic liver and heart to seseri (neck meat), skin, and wings. You can choose either tare (sauce) or salt, and there is an extensive selection of sake and shochu that pair well with yakitori, allowing you to enjoy dishes that showcase the ingredients and grilling technique.
